FAQs

What is the CatRobe?

A plush fleece robe with a cat-head hood, a cream sherpa shawl collar, paw-print pockets, and a built-in heating pad that warms up in about 60 seconds.

How does the heating work?

Plug the controller's USB cable into a power bank, slip the power bank into the paw pocket, and choose H1, H2 or H3. It has built-in overheating protection.

What do I power it with?

Any standard USB power bank.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Unplug the controller and power bank, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and let it air dry completely before using the heat again.

What size is it?

One size. It's a wrap robe designed to comfortably fit most adult body types.

Which colorway should I choose?

There are four colorways: Brown Calico, Black Tuxedo, Orange & White, and Grey & White. They are all the exact same robe, just a different pattern. Pick whichever matches your own cat.
